3. I completed my undergraduate work at Eastern Michigan University. There I received my bachelor's degree (Elementary Education emphasis in Language Arts) with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education. I finished my master's degree through Walden University (emphasis on literacy) - all online!

9. I played volleyball back in the day and loved it! I will be coaching youth volleyball again this fall.
